He holds recognized expertise and has an experience of over 25 years in Europe and North America. He was previously Commissioner for Tourism Development for the region of Laval (Quebec) and director in Paris and then in Montreal of the Canadian consulting firm Secor (in which he has worked particularly on topics related to customer strategy).
Jean-Marc was also responsible for the project "Qualité" with Air France USA and has held several positions at Euro Disney (Executive Assistant, quality of service, business development).
