Today I work with individuals and groups on their dynamics of change by providing training (communication, management), coaching (support, guidance, development), analysis of practice. I count among my customers: L'Oréal, PSA, Groupama, Lagardère, Chantelle, Sony, GSK and also SMEs / SMIs. 

I am also involved with interventions in collective difficulties that are in connection with work (recognition of the work, motivation, violence, suicide, harassment, absenteeism, accidents, mental/emotional suffering). I am referenced by the network of Gestalt Coaches, a full member of the European Coaching Association and a member of the French Federation of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy.

Graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce International, holder of a Master of Labor Psychology, DESU in HR consulting and coaching (University of Paris 8), and certified psychotherapist (Ecole Parisienne de Gestalt).
