A history of mergers and proximity
Write a thought on canvas. Something I just practice. When Peter I asked to the site of his cabinet, Dawn Council, as part of our young partnership and provided natural, I was interpelée.
Write ... Why not? Write about what? Simply write about something that touches me. The reconciliation seminar with priests, a television report, and another seminar with Peter for officials guards in a social housing organization. All this in the same week. This week when Peter called me.
Write on the emerging rapprochement between the company and spiritual approaches. And religious places with business processes. In both directions. The focus on the proximity and the link. Rather simply in a spiritual quest, not proselytizing on my part here. Just a testimony on experiences and encounters.
And first animation first seminar with priests and their bishop, to reflect on the Church in five years. Guided people, and struggling daily with field situations very sensitive. And in exchange, discover that current approaches in companies grow in the Catholic Church: knowledge of self and others with personal development tools, coaching, co-development ... and we had driven modestly with Peter on our first collaboration in pastoral teams, religious and secular mixed teams.
"Grace does not prevent a person," shared one of the priests I had the chance to meet.
Also focus on oneself, on around us, beyond our beliefs, our faith, in our individual references.
One evening this week, with my children, a report: "The urgency of slowing down." Which highlights a multitude of experiments and local actions to restore the one and the other an influence on our lives and protect the earth's resources. Focus on proximity, network encourage local trade. Extreme vigilance and protection with respect to our financial system, responsible for the plundering of the resources of our planet. Back to proximity, the link to the concrete and real exchange. Strategic vision, yes, local returned.
And meeting with officials of caretakers. To reflect on the "enchantment" of customers. Give a place to the emotional, the relationship within the company. For our customers need. And also (especially?) For our teams, our partners. Find a blast, by the presence in the other for himself and for himself. With gratitude for the daily joys. Beyond the technical response time for many and varied faults. Live moments. Meetings, tinged with emotion. In our daily lives. That we fall in sustainability, beyond the difficulties we may encounter. |
